Choose this option to output any tagged records to a floppy
disk. Tagged records are records you want processed. You
can manually tag records in the "Add/Edit Records" option.
Note that new and modified records are automatically tagged.

Choose this option to create a set of floppy disk(s) that can
be sent direct to one of the 3 credit agencies (TRW, TranUnion,
or Equifax). You can use this option more than once to send
to more than one agency. Make sure that your floppy disks
are preformatted or have previously been used by this process.

Choose this option to begin writing tagged records to the
disk. The disk MUST be a blank formatted disk or disk that
has been previously used for this process. If more than
one disk is required you should have additional disks on
hand.
As records are written to the disk they are "un-
tagged" in your database, so if the process fails at the
START of a new disk, simply try again with a newly prepared
disk, and the process will resume where it left off. You
will not have to "retag" any records that have aleady been
written to the previous disk. If the process fails due
to disk error, you WILL have to retag the records you
wish to send and start over.

10 Account renewed or refinanced.
11 Current account. This is a current account in good standing.
If the account is a credit card or charge account, it should
be available for use and may have a balance.
13 Closed account. It must have a zero balance; not rated by
credit grantor.
21 Deceased. To be used until "X" in the association code has
been activated.
61 Account paid in full. Was voluntary surrender.
62 Account paid in full. Was a collection account, insurance
claim or government claim.
63 Account paid in full. Was a repossession.
64 Account paid in full. Was a charge-off.
65 Account paid in full. A foreclosure was started.
66 Credit grantor was paid by the company who originally sold
the merchandise.
67 Debt included in, or discharged through Bankruptcy Chapter 7,

If you use this code, please include $0 in the Current Balance
and Past Due Amount fields. The Date Closed field should

Leaving blank also removes any previously reported Special

D Student Loan - payment deferred. Requires Account
Type Code 12 and Account Status Code 11.
E Primary borrower declared bankruptcy.
F Secondary borrower declared bankruptcy.
This information will appear on the account(s)
of both the primary and secondary borrowers.
H Loan assumed by another party; requires
Transaction Type 7 and Association
Code T (Terminated).
I Election of remedy.
For example, a car is repossessed, but the
value of the car is less than the balance due.
The credit grantor must consider the account
paid and cannot collect the difference in amounts.
L Account closed.
M Account cancelled by credit grantor.
N Account closed by consumer.
O Account transferred to another lender.
This option also requires Status Code 05.
P FCBA dispute resolved - consumer disagrees.
You may use P for this option, or an X for
any account that is still in dispute.

AP Credit line has been suspended.
